We are a team of experts who print, produce and procure.
Working across all sectors, we help our clients reach their customers, consumers and supporters with impactful print, targeted direct mail and much, much more!
Using a trusted global supplier network, we deliver campaigns on time and in budget across print, direct mail, influencer seeding, gift with purchase, point of sale, postage management, promotional merchandise…. if it needs sorting and sourcing then we always make it happen!
Summary of the role
As a Production Manager you will oversee the production of outstanding retail activations for IMA, playing a key role in the development of our US production team. As a Production Manager your role will include overseeing and managing the day to day running of all production, events, printed elements, production budgets, supporting Client Services team, and building relationships with internal departments and external partners, suppliers and vendors. This is a fantastic role for an experienced Production Manager to work on recognisable brands within a global agency.
Some responsibilities of the Production Manager role will include:
- Manage the production, print and relevant purchasing for client projects, including production scope requirements from creative concepting stage through final delivery, as well as day-to-day supplier comms
- Understand client’s objectives and challenges, and advise on best production practices
- Ensure proper consultancy and guidance is provided throughout the creative process, in day-to-day comms, and internal & client meetings as needed
- Plan and oversee production installs and derigs and apply meticulous attention to detail
- Support with event production and vendor coordination where needed
- Build and develop good relationships with the Client Services team, and flag budget and timeline implications throughout the project in a timely manner to help the team manage client expectations and get ahead of solutions
- Manage supplier and vendor relationships with continual roster reviews
