Summary of the Senior Strategist role

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Strategist who can bring big-picture thinking and fresh insights to our team, while mentoring others and driving impactful, results-focused strategies. You’ll be at the heart of our strategic work, shaping brand futures and proving the value of what we do.

In this role you will

• Lead and inspire: Manage and mentor Strategists and Junior Strategists, supporting their growth and success

• Build brilliant strategies: Develop innovative, channel-agnostic solutions that solve real business problems through human insight and understanding

• Take ownership: Drive major client accounts and pitches, supported by the Strategy team

• Drive growth: Work closely with Client Services and key clients to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities

• Share what’s next: Bring the latest trends, ideas, and knowledge to the agency, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve
