Summary of the role
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Account Executive to join the team at IMA. If you enjoy building client relationships, managing campaigns, and collaborating with talented people to deliver great work, this could be the role for you. As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll take a hands-on approach to managing client accounts, coordinating projects, and ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively.
Some responsibilities of the Senior Account Executive role will include:
- Client Relationships: Act as a key point of contact for clients, fostering trust and maintaining strong, professional partnerships
- Campaign Management: Oversee the delivery of campaigns, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and objectives are consistently met
- Briefing and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, ensuring briefs are clear and teams are aligned on project goals
- Performance Reporting: Track campaign performance, compile reports, and present actionable insights to clients
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate challenges, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to keep projects on track
- Strategic Input: Contribute to the development of client strategies, aligning them with broader objectives
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed about trends and insights in the industry to bring fresh ideas to the table
