About the team

CHILLI are our specialist packaging arm, that take brands from being noticed to being chosen. Creating insightful packaging design that not only steals attention, but shelf space and sales too.
 

Summary of the role

As a Senior Designer for CHILLI you have an obsession for branding and packaging design, you follow trends, and whilst you will have a focus on packaging you will show an interest, across brand, print and digital. You inspire others with your creative thinking and leadership. You have a relentless passion to craft well thought out visually engaging packaging design. You have experience working alongside creatives and other agency departments to deliver outstanding design work. You have an excellent of understanding of all aspects of design across typography, hierarchy of messaging and the all-important grid, brand, online and printed design.

Some responsibilities of the Senior Designer role will include
 

• Your ideas shine through in work, with strong rationale.

• Introducing your own ideas, direction and input where possible. And always having a rationale for your work.

• You must have excellent execution skills, with your designs meeting the expectations of the Creative Director.

• You can create multiple design options, all on brief and in time.

• You must be able to work at a pace that allows time for development/reviewing before the final deadline.

• Must be able to confidently sell your work to the Design Director, Creative Director, Client Services and clients.
