About the team
 
The IMA Producers are at the heart of making it happen. We start in pre-production, managing and supporting the creative process whilst guiding it through. We resource the right team and ensure everything runs smoothly on the shoot days. Collaborating with the post-production team, we work with all stakeholders to ensure that deliverables are sent on time and within budget.
 

Summary of the role

Responsible for leading our Offshore Studio, the Studio Manager will be an experienced professional with a demonstrable design background. They will manage projects from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality creative output. The Studio Manager will oversee the daily operations of the studio, guide a team of design and production professionals, and ensure that all work aligns with our agency’s creative vision, client objectives, and commercial goals.

Some responsibilities of the Studio Manager role will include

• Lead and manage the design team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.

• Oversee the end-to-end design process, from briefing to final delivery across all specialisms.

• To exhibit the confident, compelling and coherent presentation skills required for pitching, client and internal meetings.

• Maintain high creative standards and ensure all work aligns with client expectations.

• Collaborate with account managers, strategists, and other stakeholders to develop compelling creative solutions.

• Coordinate all studio requests for both in-house and client campaigns within the design studio.
