Social Media Manager

The role
As a Social Media Manager, you’ll lead the strategy and delivery of standout campaigns across social platforms — from TikTok and Instagram to YouTube, X and beyond. You’ll work closely with content, creative and influencer teams to develop performance-led ideas, manage always-on retainers and activations, and keep clients engaged with clear, insightful reporting. You’ll also be proactive in spotting trends, shaping best practices, and mentoring junior team members.
What you’ll be doing
- Creating social strategies, including KPIs, content pillars, and forecasting.
- Managing campaigns from planning through to content capture, scheduling and reporting.
- Briefing creative teams and supporting idea generation.
- Boosting content across Meta, TikTok and other platforms.
- Overseeing community management and platform engagement.
- Capturing and editing basic content, and supporting wider content marketing and influencer campaigns.
- Presenting confidently to clients and supporting on proposals and costings.
What we’re looking for
- Experience developing and activating social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Confidence using scheduling tools, reporting platforms and content creation apps like CapCut.
- Strong understanding of how social integrates with influencer, PR, SEO and paid media.
- Creative thinking with a sharp eye for content, trends and audience engagement.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
