About the IMA Experience Team:
IMA Experience creates and produces physical environments, events, activations and campaigns for major brands and wholesale retail accounts.
Right now we work with lifestyle and fashion clients across the streetwear and sports category — in Europe and the US.
Summary of the Account Director role
As an Account Director in our Experience Retail team, you will strategically develop and sustain dynamic and mutually beneficial partnerships with global clients, specifically focusing on growth and expansion. This role involves managing high-performing account teams across departments, directing overall profitability, and ensuring client satisfaction. Through impactful leadership and strategic business development, you will drive the growth of client accounts and agency success.
Some responsibilities of the Account Director role will include
- Act as an inspiring and strategic account leader for global accounts, delivering best-in-class campaigns
- Establish and foster senior-level relationships with all clients and partners, adeptly navigating corporate structures to strengthen partnerships. This includes travelling to Germany to maintain these key relationships
- Develop and execute account growth plans, identifying and leveraging new business opportunities to maximize agency influence and client success
- Direct, manage, and develop high-performing teams, ensuring efficient resource allocation and support for client deliverables
- Produce compelling strategic proposals and presentations that drive client engagement and inspire partnership expansion
