The role 

As a Production Manager you will work collaboratively with IMA's account management, design and artwork teams to scope out and manage the production elements of retail campaigns on behalf of the client.

What you’ll be doing 

• Managing the end-to-end production of retail campaigns, from scoping through to delivery.

• Leading on installs and deinstalls, including out-of-hours and on-site coordination when needed.

• Working closely with suppliers to ensure timelines, quality standards, and budgets are met.

• Supporting creative and account teams with production knowledge, insights and solutions.

• Identifying new technologies and efficiencies to keep our work competitive and future-ready.

• Championing detail, accuracy and service excellence across every stage of the process.

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience in production, ideally within an agency or retail environment.

• Solid understanding of print processes, formats, and installation logistics.

• Great communication and relationship-building skills — with clients, suppliers, and teams.

• Confidence managing multiple projects, timelines and deliverables.

• A proactive, flexible approach and a readiness to go the extra mile when it counts.
