The role
As a Growth Manager, you’ll play a key role in building a strong new business pipeline — from prospecting and outreach through to pitch preparation and relationship nurturing. You’ll work closely with the Head of Growth to implement strategies that align with our broader agency goals, collaborating across teams to keep messaging sharp and opportunities flowing. It’s a hands-on role, perfect for someone who loves to roll up their sleeves and drive tangible impact.
What you’ll be doing
- Identifying and engaging with high-potential prospects across key industries.
- Managing outreach campaigns through email, social, phone and digital platforms.
- Qualifying leads, supporting the pitch process, and nurturing long-term relationships.
- Creating and tailoring compelling credentials and case studies with internal teams.
- Supporting marketing alignment and ensuring consistent external messaging.
- Using CRM tools to track and report on pipeline performance and KPIs.
What we’re looking for
- A proven ability to generate leads and build qualified new business pipelines.
- Confidence using CRM and prospecting tools, plus experience with outbound channels like LinkedIn and email.
- A self-starter with a commercial mindset and a focus on results.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A collaborative, can-do attitude and a natural curiosity for what drives brand growth.
