The role
As an Art Director, you’ll lead the creative vision across campaigns — from initial concept through to flawless execution. You’ll work closely with creative leads, strategists, and client teams to develop big ideas and deliver them across multiple channels, including print, digital, social and video. You’ll be hands-on with craft and direction, while also inspiring others and contributing to IMA’s evolving creative culture.
What you’ll be doing
- Developing standout ideas and visual approaches across integrated campaigns.
- Leading the creative process from brief to delivery, ensuring world-class execution.
- Collaborating across departments to bring ideas to life with clarity and impact.
- Using AI and reference tools to generate inspiring, on-brand visual references.
- Presenting work with confidence — internally and to clients — and owning feedback.
- Contributing to new business pitches and helping grow the agency’s creative profile.
What we’re looking for
- Proven creative experience in a studio or agency environment.
- Strong art direction and conceptual thinking across all channels.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite and AI image generation tools.
- Solid grounding in design principles and campaign craft.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with a commitment to pushing creative boundaries.
