Social & Influencer Account Director (12 month FTC)

The role
As a Social & Influencer Account Director, you’ll oversee strategy, execution and growth across a portfolio of clients. You’ll lead integrated social and influencer campaigns from planning through to performance reporting — collaborating with creative, paid media, analytics and PR teams to deliver cohesive work that moves audiences and drives measurable results.
You’ll be a trusted senior partner to clients, providing strategic guidance and creative insight, while mentoring your team and ensuring every campaign is delivered to the highest standard.
What you’ll be doing
- Acting as senior lead across social and influencer accounts, building trusted client relationships.
- Developing integrated social and influencer strategies aligned with brand objectives and KPIs.
- Overseeing content planning, creator partnerships and performance-led campaign delivery.
- Managing a team of Account Managers and Executives, supporting their development and success.
- Leading budgeting, forecasting and reporting, ensuring commercial efficiency.
- Building relationships with creators, talent agencies and platform partners.
What we’re looking for
- Strong experience leading social and influencer campaigns within an agency or brand setting.
- Broad understanding of the digital media landscape, including paid, owned and earned channels.
- Excellent strategic, commercial and people leadership skills.
- Proven experience managing high-profile clients and multi-channel activations.
- A confident communicator and presenter, able to inspire teams and clients alike.
