The role
As a Designer, you will report to the Design Director or Associate Creative Director. You’ll lead the day-to-day interpretation of creative briefs—ensuring design concepts are thoughtful, innovative, and delivered to the highest standards. With a proactive mindset and a passion for craft, you will collaborate across the studio to produce new ideas that breathe life into brand stories
What you’ll be doing
You will work with creative briefs developed by the planning and account handling teams to deliver high quality creative solutions.
You will interpret the brief and demonstrate thinking to develop appropriate design concepts.
You will accurately estimate time taken to complete work and provide account handlers with this information.
You will add value to design briefs by gathering information and data through research.
You will think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts for our clients.
You will present finalised ideas and concepts to internal teams or clients in a thoughtful and articulate manner.
You will be involved in pitch presentations when appropriate for the project.
You will work as part of the creative team to ensure the quality standards are maintained across all work.
What we’re looking for
You possess a good grounding in design principles and strong industry awareness.
You keep abreast of developments in IT particularly design programmes.
You are adept at using Adobe Creative Suite to craft your work.
You are a strong face to face communicator with the ability to articulate concepts to the wider team.
You have the ability to self manage and meet project deadlines effectively.
