The role
As an Event Producer, you will report to the Operations Director and take responsibility for the successful execution of campaigns across all delivery phases. You’ll lead production planning, supplier coordination, and budget control to ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of execution. With a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills, you’ll translate creative visions into actionable plans while maintaining cost-efficiency and profitability.

What you’ll be doing

• You will translate briefs into detailed campaign project plans outlining scope, timing, and resources.

• You will coordinate all production elements, suppliers, and freelancers to deliver high-quality campaigns

• You will ensure alignment with the creative vision, feasibility, and cost-efficiency throughout the production process.

• You will partner with creative and client teams to bring innovative, practical solutions to life.

• You will build and maintain a diverse, reliable, and agile supplier network while sourcing innovative partners.

• You will minimize over-reliance on specific vendors to drive production excellence.

What we’re looking for  

• You have 4-6+ years of experience in events, activations, or TTL production within an agency environment.

• You have a proven track record of delivering medium to large-scale events from concept to reconciliation.

• You possess demonstrated experience managing full event budgets, including costing and supplier negotiations.

• You are skilled in comprehensive project planning, documentation, and tracking.

• You possess strong interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills.

• You have a solid grounding in experiential marketing and creative production standards.
