The role
As the Marketing Manager for the UK, Europe, and Dubai, you will report directly to the Global Marketing Director. Based in the UK, you will lead the charge in aligning our global brand vision with regional business objectives to drive meaningful local impact. You will serve as the regional brand custodian, ensuring that our messaging is consistent, compelling, and optimized through data-driven insights.
What you’ll be doing
You will develop and implement the annual marketing plan for the UK, Europe, and Dubai in alignment with the global framework.
You will translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives that strengthen market differentiation and brand awareness.
You will lead and manage all regional marketing activities across digital, print, events, and partnerships.
You will manage the regional marketing budget while ensuring adherence to brand standards and governance.
You will support regional leadership with tailored marketing collateral and presentations for client engagement.
You will act as the regional brand custodian to ensure consistency with the global brand identity.
You will manage our digital and social media presence, delivering engaging and business-aligned content.
What we’re looking for
You hold a relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
You have 4 to 5 years of experience in marketing, with a CIM level 6 Diploma being a significant advantage.
You possess strong digital and social media fluency combined with AI and digital literacy.
You are a clear and concise communicator who can influence others through compelling narratives.
You demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to evaluate facts to form solution-focused recommendations.
