This role is all about bringing ideas to life through bold, effective and industry-leading creative work. You’ll work across a variety of briefs, developing thoughtful design concepts and collaborating closely with strategy, account handling, production and wider creative teams to deliver engaging campaigns and experiences.

The Role
As a Designer at IMA, you’ll play a key role in helping shape and inspire creative work across the agency. You’ll bring a genuine passion for design, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to turn briefs into engaging and effective creative solutions.
Working as part of a collaborative creative team, you’ll develop concepts, craft high-quality design work, and contribute ideas that push projects forward. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, building strong relationships across teams while continuously developing your creative and technical skills.
What You’ll Be Doing
Working from creative briefs to develop high-quality design solutions
Interpreting briefs and transforming them into thoughtful, engaging creative concepts
Generating fresh ideas and contributing to creative development across projects
Collaborating with designers, strategists, developers, copywriters, photographers and production teams
Presenting ideas and concepts confidently to internal teams and clients
Supporting pitch work and presentations where required
Managing your workload effectively and accurately estimating project timings
Helping maintain high creative standards across all work delivered by the studio
Coaching and supporting junior team members where appropriate
Using research and insight to strengthen creative thinking and add value to briefs
What We’re Looking For
Experience delivering creative work within an agency or similar fast-paced environment
Strong grounding in industry trends, design principles, branding and visual storytelling
Experience contributing to or supporting client pitches
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Passion for continuously developing creative and technical skills
Strong visual and conceptual thinking skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to articulate ideas clearly to teams and clients
Strong organisation and self-management skills
Collaborative mindset with a proactive, positive attitude
Confidence to challenge ideas constructively and push creative standards
