Growth Marketing Manager

This is a hands‑on, data‑driven role combining tactical campaign delivery with strategic growth planning. You will work across performance channels, CRM, creative and product teams to drive customer acquisition, activation and retention, and to scale high‑impact experiments across the business.

The Role
As Growth Marketing Manager, you will design and run acquisition and retention programmes that move key business metrics. You’ll build repeatable experimentation frameworks, optimise paid media and lifecycle campaigns, and partner with Creative, Data and Product to turn insight into measurable growth. You will be accountable for analysing performance, making prioritised recommendations and delivering scalable channel plans.
What You’ll Be Doing
Developing and executing multi‑channel acquisition strategies across paid social, search, display and programmatic channels.
Designing and running A/B and multivariate experiments across landing pages, creatives and user funnels; owning test prioritisation and learnings.
Managing lifecycle and retention activities including email, push and in‑app campaigns with segmentation and personalisation.
Working with Creative to brief, iterate and optimise campaign creatives and messaging for performance and brand consistency.
Partnering with Data and Product to define success metrics, build attribution models and ensure clean, actionable reporting.
Monitoring and optimising channel performance to meet CPA, CAC and ROAS targets; managing budgets and bids effectively.
Building dashboards and presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders, translating data into clear action plans.
Documenting processes, playbooks and learnings to scale repeatable growth approaches across the business.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in growth, performance or digital marketing roles within an agency, start‑up or in‑house team.
Strong understanding of paid media channels, tracking, attribution and optimisation techniques.
Practical experience designing and analysing experiments (A/B testing) and translating results into decisions.
Comfortable with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, GA4, Looker/Looker Studio, Mixpanel) and spreadsheet analysis.
Experience with email and CRM platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Braze, Iterable) and marketing automation best practice.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to prioritise initiatives that drive revenue and lifetime value.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to present clear recommendations and build cross‑functional buy‑in.
Curious, data‑led and proactive—comfortable iterating quickly and improving processes based on evidence.
