We’re looking for a meticulous, technically skilled Digital DTP Operator to join our Studio Production team. You’ll bring excellent and comprehensive digital artwork skills, and a practical understanding of how creative work is adapted, built and delivered across digital platforms, including Amazon Marketplace.

The Digital DTP Operator role

• Prepare, adapt and deliver digital artwork for e-commerce platforms, specifically Amazon Marketplace.
  

• Build accurate assets across multiple sizes, formats, languages, platforms and specifications, following creative concepts, brand guidelines and design systems.
  

• Retouch, resize and optimise imagery, graphics and typography for digital use.
  

• Prepare files correctly for delivery, including naming conventions, file formats, dimensions, resolution, compression and accessibility requirements.
  

• Manage amends and feedback efficiently, collaborate with designers, developers, producers, clients and suppliers, and resolve technical and creative queries.
  

• Carry out thorough quality assurance checks, organise working files and source assets, and help improve production processes, templates and ways of working.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in digital artwork, creative production, artwork adaptation or a similar role within an agency, studio or in-house creative team.
  

• Excellent technical skills across Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and relevant design and production software.
  

• Experience producing and optimising digital assets for e-commerce platforms.
  

• Strong understanding of digital formats, specifications, file preparation, accessibility, responsive design and production workflows, with a sharp eye for detail.
  

• Highly organised, proactive and dependable, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities, communicate confidently, collaborate effectively and take ownership from brief through to final delivery.
