The role
As an Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day client relationships and projects, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and on brief. You’ll play a key role in interpreting client objectives, briefing creative teams, and presenting work with confidence. With a proactive and organised approach, you’ll manage budgets, schedules and reporting while helping to deliver work that’s strategically sound and creatively brilliant.
What you’ll be doing
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, building strong and trusted relationships.
- Managing campaigns end to end, from brief through to delivery and reporting.
- Preparing work in progress updates, financial reports and client billing.
- Briefing creative teams, reviewing output, and ensuring the highest standards of delivery.
- Supporting planning with insights into client challenges and industry trends.
- Presenting confidently to clients and internal teams.
What we’re looking for
- Experience working in an agency environment, ideally with retail or consumer brands.
- Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to manage budgets and timelines.
- Proven ability to deliver multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- A collaborative, flexible mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
