The role
As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day client relationships and ensure the delivery of campaigns that meet creative, strategic and commercial objectives. You’ll act as the key link between clients and IMA, balancing big-picture thinking with hands-on delivery. Confident presenting ideas, managing budgets, and mentoring others, you’ll play a key role in driving client satisfaction and account growth.
What you’ll be doing
- Building strong, trusted relationships with clients, colleagues and partners.
- Managing campaigns from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring creative excellence and commercial success.
- Interpreting client objectives and shaping clear, effective briefs.
- Monitoring account performance, profitability and client satisfaction.
- Supporting Account Directors with strategic planning and growth initiatives.
- Leading and mentoring junior members of the team.
What we’re looking for
- Proven agency experience managing large-scale, multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills.
- Strategic understanding of marketing, creative and production processes.
- Commercial awareness and confidence in budget management.
- Proficiency in Google tools and presentation software.
